Before choosing readings or music, gather three stories that capture them — the funny one, the kind one, the one everyone tells at gatherings. Those stories become the compass for every other decision: the songs they’d have chosen, the place they’d have loved, the tone they’d have wanted.

Invite participation
The most personal services invite guests to take part — writing a memory card on arrival, choosing a song for the playlist, bringing a photo for a memory table, or simply standing to share a sentence about the person. Participation turns mourners into witnesses, and witnesses into comfort for one another.
